so tomorrow is my first college final and it happens to be the one im doing worst in hah...calc isnt all that bad, it's actually interesting once in a while, but its definitely a brain teaser...my chem final is thursday and i need a 175 out of 200 to get a 3.0..so obviously im not doing all that great, but chem sucks. im excited for next semester...im taking lbs chem 2 which will be a bigger bitch than normal, lbs chem 2 lab, lbs bio which should be a piece of cake, ISS 220, and statistics...so excited to not take calc 2...

so another thing im excited about is christmas break...and what a break its gonna be!...three weeks of no homework and pure lounging..cant wait to take pictures in Detroit and hang out with all my friends and girlfriend...

so ive been listening to a lot of jazzy stuff lately. a little frank sinatra, bing crosby, louis armstrong, nat king cole, and sammy davis jr...good shit

well its been a year and a week since ive updated

as most of you know i am at MSU...for like 3 months now hah

kinda forgot on how to effectively update

my suitemate dave said that on march something, MSU puts on a battle of the bands so maybe my dream of performing a show will actually come true...that'd be schweet
i have rekindled an old friendship with a friend from 7th grade...paige palmer...shes really cool

hahah last night was very random...one for the scrapbook katelynn

i miss my highschool years...i went back and read all of my entries and ill admit..i got a little teary eyed...not because they were sad entries, it just shows how fast life goes. i read about my astro van...and yes i had to get rid of it for a malibu hah, i also read about KAIROS, our family getting maggie, relationships with girls, going up north...just good times that make me feel nostalgic...

i think ive realized that im growing up...i have to do my own laundry, decide what i want to eat, motivate myself to do homework or something productive...i never realized how these things would shape me into a more mature young adult

ahhh i hate and love emo moods...sigh

i miss my friends at home

i miss caitlyn too...all of our random fun...sigh

well this past week was intersting to say the least...

friday we lost the homecoming game but it was a good one to say the least...we capitalized on fumbles and shitty throws and lost by a touchdown or something...then i went to joes with katie and we all hung out in the astro...gotta love the astro

saturday was sterlings homecoming and yea...went with caitlyn audrey and andy...we ate at some italian restaurant and it was delicious...then off to the dance we went and as we were dancing some caldean fag bumped into me and i turned around and hes all like "what the fuck you looking at?" and i respond with nice forceful "nothing man shut the fuck up"...well swearing at him was mistake #1...then when he got all up in my grill i pushed him away and that was mistake #2 cuz all these caldeans came running after me and i was scared shitless but ready to throw if worse came to worse...well after that was broken up i kept my eyes open...

sunday was my homecoming and was excited...i picked katie and took some pictures at her house then went to jacks to take more pictures with him and holly and molly...then after much disagreement we all piled in the astro and off to joe peroskey's for more pictures where we met up with the rest of the gang...the dance was a hell of a lot of fun and just being with my pals made it all the better...after the dance we went back to joe's and hung out in his basement...but to make the night complete we took a trip again in the astro to 7 11 where i bought a starbuck's frap to wake me up

it was nice to sleep in mondey...and no school wednesday...or friday...

im anxious to take some black and white pictures

tonight was kevin's confirmation and that was nice..brought back some memories and got to see some old pals...after that i went and hung out with erica and katie in the astro by wilkerson...my old school...we talked most of the time between them reading my lyrics and crap and being hot

then later tonight joe was bored and wanted to hang out

so today was marching band festival and we got straight 1's which is the best possible but because our performance was like 45 seconds the judges decided to give us the shaft and gave us a 2 instead...ah well...we know we're sweet

friday evening me joe and mike went to chaperone St Anne's 8th graders for 20 service hours. it was pretty cool seeing them go threw the same thing we did back in the day. saturday i went to Yate's cider mill with katelynn and kaitlin hah...it was a lot of fun i must say...i bought a half gallon of cider and a donut...we took a walk around the "pond" haha and saw many "slides" haha again...the bees were numerous though so that was a downer. then today i had an IM football game and we beat some little freshman team like a lot to a little. later today i went to the thrift store and bought a sweet belt, German shirt with some randomness on it, and a rockstar hat...and its from the GAP oh my goshhh!

wow so i went to regina's homecoming on sunday with bridget and it was so much fun...she looked great in her dress and needless to say, i was pimp in my black suit-pink shirt ensemble...honestly a great end to the week...thanks again bridget...they won their powderpuff game and that was cool too...for them atleast hah

well the summer is slowly coming to a close this weekend and for some of you, the new school year has already filled you with anxiety and senioritis...tomorrow is the senior orientation, and let me tell you, that is something i am not looking forward to...this summer has been filled with so many good times; experiencing a lot of "firsts", some im all that proud of, spending everyday with friends, staring at beautiful girls at Warped Tour, spending a kick ass week at band camp, and just not being in school...one of the hightlites id have to say about the summer is my job...as some of you know, i install sprinklers...i work with two close friends and an extremely racist boss...anthony, jeremy, and i have spent nearly every day together whether it be passing out fliers, digging holes, looking for girls, texas hold 'em, or just being plain awesome...although the close of the summer is bittersweet, i have come to realize that i have made many close friends, learned a lot about life, and made memories that will be hard to top.

wow warped tour was so fucking awesome

didnt see a whole lot of bands but it was sweet
walked in when sugarcult was playing, saw billy talent, yellowcard, taking back sunday, new found glory (because no other band was playing)..unfortunately fall out boy wasnt playing which really pissed me off

only 1 more day with long hair...its getting cut down to semi-long thursday at 3:30

so i me and kevin went to shopping today cuz we had to get my sister a bday gift cuz shes turning 10...so we hit up FYE in the mall and got her a disc man cuz when we go up north she always uses ours...after that we went into Hot Topic and i wanted to either buy a Fall Out Boy shirt or Death Cab for Cutie but to be completely honest, i didnt feel like spending $18 when i can wait 2 weeks and get it at the warped tour...so then we went to American Eagle and i made some purchases...bought a shirt and hat which totaled $12..cuz im sweet like that

caitlin with an I and i both used the word "purchase" in our entry cuz were awesome

i won $7 today in poker so now im only down 3 in two days...not too shabby

work was cancelled cuz of the rain and i went back to sleep

so today was pretty fun...me audrey and caitlyn went to the thrift store by 16 and gratiot and it was a bitch and a half getting down there cuz the gratiot cruise was today...but none the less i was really happy with my purchases...i got a tanish button down short sleeve shirt, a plain white botton down shirt thats kinda tight, and a blue striped button down shirt...on the way home we got white castle and it made us happy

and yes caitlin and i decided that "purchases" is gonna be used in our everyday vocabulary from here on out

tonight my aunt amy and uncle tom and the kids came over for dinner

went to dan's house to swim, play poker, attempt to was donny darko...but we left to go to wendy's and that was an entertaining drive

hip is thinking youre gonna have a real shitty time at band camp only to come home dead tired from spending 6 days with the coolest people ever...all the seniors (chris, dave, dan, dan, marty,drum major chris, minjeur, bridet, phelan)...billings, hannenburg, ed, david riva, my brother, caitlin, allie

good times shaking the bridge to the point it could have broken, senior shower time, senior fire, getting to the front of the line to eat cuz we're seniors, experimenting with arithmatic hahah, dj-ing the dance, trying to break tradition by playing konstantine as the last song but the Wind Machine got mad and made us play American Pie, staying up til 3 trying to do pranks with the juniors, nicknaming freshman cliff tightlips, spanky McCockerson, West Nile, shades, aggressive anal adam, and polo jeans

so how about david riva is exactly like his brother

for some reason i think im gonna miss it...ive made some many good friends in band over the years and now that im a senior, its gonna feel really weird leaving all them behind while they finish up their chapter. i remember when i went to band camp for the first time as a freshman and meeting all the seniors thinking how cool it will be when im a senior

well im home from up north...it was kinda cool i guess...the highlites id have to say were going on the orv (off road vehicle) trails on the motorcycles, fishing for pike, putt putt golf, getting up on water skis!, and having dan and joyell come up to visit for a night

tomorrow i dunno if im going to the plain white t's concert

sunday i leave for band camp which i previously stated...meh...im begining to think that im gonna have a ton of fun but right now the only thing im looking forward to is seeing the few people im close to in the band...chris dan david marty allie dan billings pretty much...hah its gonna be sweet having dan being the only one in my rank...its gonna be fun times there...its always good to be the rank captain and have another senior who's your friend in the same rank

well this weekend was fun..last night i went out with dan joe steve jebus kaylee arty holly jay bre and miguel and we went crusing..stopped at miguels house and krispy kreme..mmm

today i went and bought myself some shoes and sandals...saw andrea at kmart which made me happy

went to wendy's twice with tom...twice because i ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers a 1 fry but they gave me 1 cheeseburger and 2 fries...we i went back and got 3 frosties...one for me tom and my brother...ate them on the porch and it was relaxing

tomorrow morning we leave to go up north...maybe it'll be fun

tonight i went and hung out with katelynn...it was great to fiinally see her since she left for europe and God know's where else..we've had a lot of fun over the years together...its cool cuz not a lot of people can say that theyve been as close as me and her...it was nice catching up
